When I first started my floral design business, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I was feeling burnt out while working a full-time corporate job, and doing anything I could on the side to make my favorite hobby into my dream career. I was saying yes to clients who didn’t necessarily match my ideal style, basically designing for clients at cost (if not losing money), confused about how to source the flowers I wanted to work with, and overwhelmed doing everything by myself.

Now, just a few short years later, I’m self-employed, running a six-figure business and managing a freelance staff of more than five associate designers, while working with my ideal clients and creating designs I feel reflect my style.

individual Mentoring Session

Individual mentoring sessions are available one-on-one via video chat. During this 90-minute session, I’ll openly answer your personal questions about your business and brand, so you can start running your business, and stop letting it run you. The investment for each 90-minute session is $125, with the option to add an hour for an extra $75.

one-to-one design & business workshop

This one-day, 8-hour experience offers you the opportunity to come to my Richmond, VA-based studio and learn face-to-face with me. You’ll receive hands-on design time (focusing on a design area of your choice), have a face-to-face business mentoring session, and get professional headshots and photos of your work taken by Natalie Jayne Photography. You also have the option to add on a 30-minute personal session with Natalie to learn how to shoot and edit photos of your own work from your phone.

The investment for the personalized workshop begins at $1,000 for an individual attendee (custom pricing is also available for workshops with more than one attendee), and includes all of the education, flowers, a gift box of my favorite goodies, lunch, and a gallery of both digital and film images of your headshots and floral designs from Natalie to use for your portfolio and social media.
