EVENT COORDINATION

Day-of event coordination is a partial planning service that begins 30-45 days prior to your event. This is perfect for couples who know what they want, have many of their vendors already in mind or booked, and need someone to assist with the final execution of the wedding so they can relax and enjoy their special day.

This option includes:

Prior to your wedding:

• A site visit 30-45 days prior to your event
• Up to 3 in-person or remote planning sessions
• Up to 5 vendor meetings (planner’s choice based on need to finalize logistics)
• Up to 2 vendor recommendations per field for any outstanding needs
• Coordination of all wedding vendors, including event setup and tear down
• Creation of your event timeline/itinerary
• Outline of your event setup plan
• A finalized venue floor plan

On your rehearsal day:

• Direction of your wedding rehearsal (2 hours)

On your wedding day:

• Up to 12 hours of on-site coordination and full event production of the ceremony and reception
• One day-of assistant
