FLORAL DESIGN & EVENT COORDINATION

This option includes our signature personal flowers as well as everything you can dream up for your ceremony and reception floral decor. Full-service design includes three personal consultations, site walk through, delivery, set up, and take down at the end of the event. These services are perfect for brides with large bridal parties, on-site installations (think arbors/arches/chuppahs/mandaps, chandeliers, staircases, flower walls, and mantels), and/or those who want to simply enjoy their special day with family and friends without the worry of coordinating, setting up, or cleaning up their floral decor.

In addition to our floral design, full-service floral and event clients also receive day-of coordination or partial planning services. 

Day-of service begins 45-60 days prior to your event, and partial planning starts 90 days out. Day of is perfect for couples who know what they want, have many of their vendors already in mind or booked, and need someone to assist with the final execution of the wedding so they can relax and enjoy their special day. We recommend partial planning for anyone planning their wedding remotely, who hasn't yet booked all of their vendors, and needs additional planning assistance, but not a full-scale wedding planner.

Either option includes:

Prior to your wedding:

• A site visit 30-45 days prior to your event
• Up to 3 in-person or remote planning sessions
• Up to 5 vendor meetings (planner’s choice based on need to finalize logistics)
• Up to 2 vendor recommendations per field for any outstanding needs
• Coordination of all wedding vendors, including event setup and tear down
• Creation of your event timeline/itinerary
• Outline of your event setup plan
• A finalized venue floor plan

On your rehearsal day:

• Direction of your wedding rehearsal (2 hours)

On your wedding day:

• Up to 12 hours of on-site coordination and full event production of the ceremony and reception
• One day-of assistant
